REBL charges a flat fee for all services based on your desired service level and trip length. This fee covers your customized itinerary. It does not cover any trip fees such as accommodations, food, experiences, etc. We'll provide you with a quote upon reviewing your intake form and can include pricing for all service levels if you are undecided. Alternatively, we can provide a pricing sheet upon request. To give you a rough idea of pricing, a 3-4 day Nomad itinerary starts at around $300, Explorer $500, and Total REBL $750. These are estimates and subject to change.

We do not take commissions for any of our recommendations. We strive to provide you with the best possible travel experiences and will only make recommendations based solely on what we feel will completely meet the mark for you, not where we have relationships.

The time it takes to plan a REBL trip highly depends on the service tier, length of trip, desired activity level, and more. We will provide a time estimate once we review your intake form. To give you a rough idea, it may take two weeks to plan a 4-day trip at the Nomad service level and up to two months to plan a 14-day Total REBL trip.

As of now REBL does not make actual bookings for clients. We will recommend a variety of accommodations, restaurants, and experiences and handle logistics and communication up to the booking itself.

We recommend contacting us as soon as you know you're ready to travel, regardless of how far in the future that may be. The more lead time, the better. Please note, any requests for travel support within three months of your departure date may not be feasible or may be subject to an extra fee, depending on your service tier and trip length.
